The Global Grant Project includes the acquisition of equipment and materials for the Intermunicipal Consortium for Social Promotion - CIPS, a non-governmental organization in the city of Bauru, Brazil; The objective is to replace equipment damaged by use and to acquire additional ones, guaranteeing the current capacity of attending 1200 children and young adolescents, from 12 to 18 years old, from low-income families in situations of social vulnerability, creating and expanding opportunities for preparation and professional training, including a program called "First Job Stimulus", training and helping young prepared professionals find employment in the community. The Region that the institution (CIPS) operates has more than 450 thousand inhabitants, who will benefit directly and indirectly. The activities developed by CIPS are of a sustainable nature through the partnerships it has with the public and private power over its 58 years of existence in Bauru, providing free educational and training services for children and adolescents, enabling them to develop and achieve social emancipation and autonomy.
