The project visa the purchase of sensorial equipment that will be ulitiized to meet children with mental deficiency, autists and totally incapable, which are served by "apae" - association of parents and friends of the exceptional, in the city of são joaquim da barra.
With sensorial integration therapy, the brain develops the ability to organize sensorial messages and give back the correct information in response to the stimulus given. It uses neurosensory and neuromotor exercises in order to stimulate the brain's self-repair capability.
