The lack of these devices causes the patients to wait for a place in hospitals in the nearest city, Juiz de Fora (a regional center, 70 km away, with a high risk of death). --------------------------- Acquire nursery equipment, which will bring advances in care and safety for newborns, promoting a safer and higher quality health, drastically reducing the high rates of neonatal death in the Santos Dumont - Minas Gerais - Brazil microregion.
