Summary: Collaboration to Provide COVID-19 Masks for 11th District Residents

Rotarians will work with local business Stock and Save to source and provide face masks for residents in the 11th District in Chicago's 28th Ward. Masks will be purchased for $80/case, 2000 masks/case and are available in storage. They are discounted from $400/case, and are 3-level (surgical) with pinch piece for nose and covered elastic for ear lobes. Rotarians have been working with local Alderman and 11th Police District Officer to help reduce the very high COVID-19 numbers on the west side of Chicago. Rotarians will promote community outreach and public service announcements to help achieve goals.
This is a District 6450 project working with Talei Thompson (Maywood-Proviso RC).
