Summary: 20 masks for first responders in Chicago, IL - COVID-19 Response+ Fundraising for additional COVID-19 Relief
We will use all of the money from our district grant to purchase masks, handmade by a Rotaract member in Nigeria, West Africa. We have negotiated a price that will enable us to purchase approximately 120 masks. Total number of masks depends on cost of shipping. We will away approximately 20 masks to first responders in Chicago, the remaining masks will be sold as a fundraiser for additional COVID-19 relief (hospital and homeless shelter lunch deliveries, food pantry deliveries and other related work).

Stewardship review is complete. Based on June 2020 bank statement showing Western Union Wave expenditures including a $5 transfer fee, the required $200 DDF match has been met. All other accompanying information, details, and attempts at receipts and reconciliation are superfluous and do not need to be accessed for the purpose of this report. As a result, this project meets all necessary criteria. Final report has been reviewed, and the project is okay to be approved by District Approval Committee. LG & WL
