Summary: Trees for community
Blackfoot Rotary Club will partner with city, county, and school districts and purchase trees and plant them with club members and community partners providing the labor. The $1,500 will be used to purchase trees and supplies to plant 100 trees in our community.
This project is "Fully Pledged". This means the amount of the pledges is equal to the total budget of the project. Now the project needs to be finalized and go through the club signature process. This process gets started on the administration page.
Project listed for the 2020-21 Rotary Year.

Scott - Two things: 1st, someone other than the 2020-21 club president (you) needs to be the primary contact person (aka grant manager). Please edit your application to provide another club member for this role. 2nd, your financing. For a project costing $1,000 your club can ask for $875 of DDF (the grant) putting in only $125 of club money. As an alternative, you could expand the project by asking for $1,150 of DDF, pledging just $350 of club money for a $1,500 project. I recommend you change the financing in your application. I suggest also that you provide an estimate of the number of trees you intend to plant. If you have questions contact subcommittee chair Ines Crespo, firstname.lastname@example.org

Your next step is to send your application for signatures. If you're satisfied with your application, do this on the administration side of the description tab. Do not send it to district administrative folks, just to the incoming club president and the primary contact for the grant.
