Revision: providing masks, hand sanitizer, and instructions in use to the Chinatown seniors (mostly immigrants), homeless, and shelter residents. Chinatown Rotary will partner with the Harlem Club which will deliver the materials in "Blessing Bags". Excess masks will be given to the AFYA Foundation.
