Project Description Country: USA Location: Poway-Scripps, CA Total Budget: $3,000 Areas of Focus: Basic education and literacy, Community economic development Activity Type: Community Development: General Summary: Provide shade at critical stations during daytime, outdoor Rotary-sponsored activities such as the Poway Rotary Parade and other Rotary-sponsored community events. Needs: Four 10' X 10' and two 10' X 20' commercial outdoor pop-up canopies. Meet needs example: Provide shade for six stations over the 1.5 miles course of the Poway Rotary Parade to include the Judges station, three announcer stations, the parade entrant check-in station and a first aide station.
