Summary: The project is the shelter component for a large scale dog park being constructed on 7 city lots at the intersection of South 11th Street and Washington Street in the City of Custer, South Dakota.


This project combines social interaction as well as structured regulation of pet (dogs) in the public purview. The Custer Bark Park will allow interaction of pets and owners in a centralized location while addressing the objectives of safety, sanitation, and a regulated environment.

The concrete platform was poured and support posts were set at that time. All remaining supplies and materials are delivered and on site. Work is planned to finish the project this week, depending on weather.
