Project Description Country: Location: Total Budget: $6,000 Area of Focus: None Activity Type: Education: Scholarship Summary: The need identified is assistance to graduating seniors at Denton area high schools to help offset the high costs of obtaining a college education. Scholarships are awarded in the amount of $1000 to six local high school graduating seniors. We plan on providing six (6) scholarships of $1000 each. Club members are involved raising the funds thru our flag program and other fund raisers. Club members are also involved with school district officials in identifying students worth of assistance.
