Project Description Country: USA Location: Whittier Total Budget: $3,000 Area of Focus: Basic education and literacy Activity Type: Education: General Summary: Provide buses to transport children from low income schools to the Whittier Regional Symphony's concerts for fourth and fifth grade students. Two days of concerts will take place in January 2020. The Whittier Sunrise Rotary Club will make a contribution of $3,000 to the Whittier Regional Symphony (formerly Rio Hondo Symphonyt) to be directed toward transportation for the Children's Outreach Concerts.
