Culinary H.S. Exhibition with local restaurant and executive chef to provide real life experience in a professional kitchen culminating with the presentation of new culinary equipment desperately needed for the program.
Provide equipment needs for agriculture program at the local high school to assist in the traditional community development of our ranching community.
Provide equipment needs for automotive/technical program at the local high school to enhance vocational education for students furthering their education in the auto/tech arts.
The project will be completed during the regular school year beginning in late October and finishing in early April.
Project funds will be used for the exhibition and equipment for agriculture and auto/tech programs.
Club members will be involved in the judging of the exhibition. Club members will be involved in the organization of all programs and in the presentation to the groups with media outreach to the local community.
