Project Description Country: USA Location: Port of Long Beach Total Budget: $3,000 Areas of Focus: Water, sanitation and hygiene, Basic education and literacy, Community economic development Activity Type: Education: General Summary: A marine science field trip in the port of Long Beach, CA aboard a boat involving the Anaheim Hills Rotary club, sponsors and children from CASA and members from MSA. Our members will work side-by-side with the MSA staff and the CASA group. The program emphasizes both the principles and sciences, as well as character building. This marine science field trip experience will enrich the lives of the participants and encourage them to develop a personal love and appreciation for the environment through hands-on personal interaction in the field.
