Project Description Country: USA Location: Momence & Shelter Sites Total Budget: $2,000 Area of Focus: Community economic development Activity Type: Community Development: General Summary: Support for developmentally disabled persons & for Shelter Box by organizing a golf outing. Bradley Bourbonnais Rotary will donate $1000 for the academic and mental development of the 120 Good Shepherd Manor residents in Momence, IL; plus donate $1,000 to Shelter Box for community support in a disaster. Bradley Bourbonnais Rotary's portion of funding for this will be generated by a golf outing on July 25, organized by 20+ Rotarians. A donation of $1000 will then be sent to Shelter Box. On Sept. 14th, 15 + Rotarians will volunteer at Good Shepherd's Fall Festival and will present the $1,000 donation.
