"Of the 218 SIPPS/BaR 13+ students,58 students are receiving SIPPS or BaR instructio(from sets purchased by Rotary). An additional 11 students being added to the BaR number and 14 more within SIPPS by the winter break. That's roughly 83 students that are receiving reading instruction thanks to Rotary dollars!

One thing that Mitch and I have talked about is the need for more appropriate text for students to read in their classrooms. We have lists of fluency readers and know that we'd like to enhance our selections in the library. This might be something we would lean on Rotary funds to help us with.I also anticipate that we will need to purchase a few more Challenge kits as we are transitioning from needing so many Beginning/Extension kits due to student progress."
