Summary: soil, vegetables, herbs, flowers and planters provided to Grow Palmer for edible community gardens in Palmer, Alaska


Grow Palmer is committed to on-going success, building upon its plan to expand production throughout the downtown target area and expanding public food into other neighborhoods in Palmer. Funding is needed to improve the soil in the Edible Rail Trail planters; to purchase soil amendments, to improve the garden waste/compost area, as well as purchase vegetables, herbs and flowers that will be planted for the season.

Wasilla Noon club members will support Grow Palmer by volunteer hours spent helping, plant, harvest and any other areas we may be helpful to the success of Grow Palmers efforts this season.
